The breakfast included was fantastic, not your usual granola bars and oatmeal options! Unfortunately, the property is showing its age. Hallway walls had damaged walls, slow elevators, leaking pipes in the garage. My room was on the exterior wall and both street noise and noise from the nearby 24 hour restaurant was constant....

"The property was okay, rooms were decently updated. The restaurant attached was a little overpriced for what we received. Staff at front desk were a little cold to approach however, the rest of the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. I was not expecting it to be right off the freeway. And the bar closes pretty early. "

"A Great place to rest, relax and enjoy. The staff was great with no issues with my check in! The room was solid, just a bit dusty on the AC vent that was causing my allergies to act up a bit. Everything was functional, bedding was clean and bathroom was spotless. Unfortunately the parking was a bit difficult as the exit bar wasn’t letting me and three other guests out in the nighttime. We tried to push the help button but no one answered. "

"Cons: 1) It's marketed as a hotel but it's a hotel with an AI Gucci belt in person. MUCH smaller than expected. 2) Cleanliness was not up to par at all. There were various burns, stains, and dirt along all of the walls and couch. There was a huge stain in the left corner of the couch and it was too icky for me to want to sit on it. We felt too uncomfortable to even sleep under the covers as well because of it. 3) The pillows are essentially air. We hit our heads up against the headboard a few...

"The Claremont felt like an educational experience with the history of the resort. I loved the property, the nature, the architecture. My only knock: the carpets need a steam cleaning, but California is dusty in general, so it’s not a bug knock. 10/10 will stay again!"
