"We booked a suite in the Hard Rock tower, which I prefer. The rooms there are set up beautifully and the view is great. We ate at Carver's on 19, & our waiter is a seasoned pro. Severe weather moving in forced the restaurant to evacuate us - they did this quickly, but in no way was anyone panicked. They just wanted everyone safe. Thankfully, the weather went around our location. We saw a concert, too, and it was great. We love Hard Rock. Our safety is their priority. Because of that, they are our first choice."

"Was clean and beds were comfortable the showers are kinda bad, they get water all over the floor. But i still liked the shower just sucked the whole floor getting wet. But really that’s the only complaint and i would stay there again"

"They need to close this place down , When I open the door to my room, all I could smell was mold,the refrigerator door fell off when I opened it, the shower rod was coming out of the wall on both sides,I couldn't stay there, had to go to another hotel;"

"Nasty sheets. Ripped furniture and receptionist unpleasant. Not convenient to casino. 1 tiny shampoo. Worst was no bathroom safety handles in shower no tub mat. Dirty 2 washrags. Felt like sandpaper and drunk "

"I had a great experience. The staff was friendly and hotel was nice. My only issue is when I checked in the representative was able to verify I had already prepaid for parking and breakfast. For some reason they still charged my card out of my incidentals for parking. I have called and currently still waiting for it to be credited back to my account. Its been almost a week. ."
