Simple, clean guest house. Perfect for a short stay away. Central location right by the seaside and an ideal place to rest and freshen up after our 14 mile walk via the Seven Sisters from Seaford. Welcoming and helpful staff.

clean and safe

While the room was clean and comfortable, the furnishing and decor looked rather old. For breakfast you were given a table rather than being allowed to choose one yourself which was a bit odd. Breakfast was OK.

Tired but comfortable

The guest house was okay for one or maybe 2 nights but may not be somewhere I would stay for longer periods. The interior is quite dated and could do with a spruce up but to be honest it served us well for the one night that we stayed. A big plus is the close proximity to the theatres and only a five minutes walk to the town centre. The seafront is a minute walk away.

Trevligt hotell med bra läge nära piren. Eastbourne är en ren och underhållen stad med många planteringar, parker och utsiktspunkter. Bästa staden vi passerade på vår resa. Missa inte the Pilot in och deras ploughman's. Fin och genomtänkt inredning på hotellet, många bra artiklar i badrummet. Du kan tala svenska med ägaren.

Short break.

We were greeted on arrival by the owner who was very pleasant and shown to our room .room was clean and had tea and coffee and water and biscuits provided which is always a nice touch.breakfast was a good choice and food was hot and served by the lady of the house who was very friendly .would recommend anyone wanting a short break in Eastbourne.

Comfortable weekend away

Very welcoming guest house. Proprietors extremely pleasant and helpful. Parking on street with permit (£1 per day). A stones throw from the sea front. Comfortable room and very good breakfast.

Lovely Guest House

Enjoyed my stay. Owner really friendly and went out of his way to accommodate me even though I booked late in the day. My single room was small but clean and very comfortable.

Enjoyed Eastbourne

We enjoyed our stay. It is very close to the seafront and 5-10 minute walk into town. Breakfast was also very nice. The hosts were very friendly and very accomodating.The room was very clean.The shower could have done with a bit more power . But on the whole very good . Thank you
