"If you’re going to an event in downtown Memphis, stay at this Hampton Inn. It’s very safe and convenient. Parking is connected, and breakfast has a large variety and is included!"
"The hotel is in a great location and very convenient for safely walking to Beale Street. The reception team and all of the staff we met were very friendly and welcoming and always smiling. The room was very clean with a large bathroom and very comfortable large bed. It was a pleasant stay thank you.

"The staff is I think the most unfriendly I’ve had in a hotel. Check in was at 3:00 and we arrived at 3:45. I had a group of 15 minors with me. When I went to check in, they just told me my ribs weren’t ready. They didn’t say hello, they didn’t seem concerned that the rooms weren’t even ready after check-in. They didn’t even give an estimated time the rooms would be ready. It was almost like they were annoyed. I was even expecting for the rooms to be ready. They told me they would call me when they were ready and we had to find somewhere to kill time with our huge group. No one ended up calling me so an hour later I called them and again they sounded annoyed, and then they said I guess they’re ready. The service is pretty much continue to be just as rude and unfriendly. I was there all week and no one ever said hi to me, they were always annoyed if I even tried to talk to them. They don’t clean the rooms, unless you specifically ask them too. And even then they barely do. I don’t know what happened to this hotel because I’ve stayed there at least six times with a group, but we will not be staying there anymore."
"The property was in a great location and the staff was so amazing, Danielle the front desk clerk was so warm and welcoming and all the other staff members was helpful, nice and knowledgeable. I will be returning "
"We did not eat breakfast. But wahlburgers room service was great. We ate at lookout and the food was good, but I had a hair in my salad. They replaced my salad and did not charge me.
On the 3rd day we started smelling a sewage smell in our rooms around 10 at night. We called front desk and the night desk lady refused to come up, but stayed she would send someone else. We never saw anyone. We also struggled with housekeeping and had to call down for towels, clean up our own room and get air freshener. Finally they came and cleaned one of our rooms, never vacuumed or cleaned the sinks or showers. We gave up. We actually like the ambiance of this hotel but they truly need to replace the cleaning staff quickly. "
