"Wonderful hotel! We truly felt lucky to stay here. Our room was spotless, and housekeeping even checked in afterward to make sure we were satisfied. My children loved the hot tub, and the restaurant food was excellent with an amazing breakfast. A special thank you to Larissa at the front desk. She was friendly, patient, and full of great recommendations that made our stay even better."

"Away from the centre of the village, surrounded by mountains, we had a lovely view from our balcony of a field with donkeys grazing and a small chapel at the far end of the valley. It is quite a hike from the hotel to the lake. If you’re a hiker, then this is the place for you. The dinner was expensive and mediocre. I do not recommend the half-board plan. Breakfast was okay, very limited choices. They benefit from the high tourist numbers obviously reflected in the limited value for money...

"An amazing hotel. It was beautiful and elegant. The food was delicious, though the portions were surprisingly small; we joked about it, especially since you need a good meal after a day of skiing. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the spa was well-equipped"

"The room was nice, the bathroom was great, and the staff were very courteous and helpful. There is a nice bar and restaurant on site so that was convenient. Be advised that this hotel is right next to the road so it could get loud. Let me qualify that I stayed during the Olympics so maybe it was busier than usual then. They also kept the lights on outside my 2nd floor window until late at night so if you're on that floor, bring a sleeping mask and some earplugs."
