"Sketchy, dirty, and worn out. Wallpaper peeling everywhere. Shower curtain smelled like urine. Sheets were stained. Pool was smirky and tinted green. The air conditioner didn't work. Drug deals happening in the parking lot."

"This was our second time staying at The Magnolia. Everything was good. We had an issue our first night with the air conditioning not working in our room and I was very impressed with the way the staff handled it. Within a few minutes of my call to the front desk they offered to move us to another room on the same floor which we gladly took. It was nice to not have to deal with maintenance showing up and trying to fix it and then potentially having it not work again.
Our only other request would be to have ice machines on each floor. "

"Cannot beat the price we paid. It can easily offset a few minor negatives that we experienced. Find the place and parking was breeze plus, on top of that, staffs are great. We missed the free breakfast though. As the hair dryer did not work and we could not find the steam iron, there were a few things we could not do during our stay. Nonetheless, the bed was firm (great for us) and table and chairs were good for two people to eat together. Only wish there were more AC outlets so that we could charge all gadgets simultaneously. Even it was close to main interstate, the room was very quiet to give us a good night sleep. Again, thank you very much for all of your effort!!"
