"Wonderful experience. We had 6 accommodations during our trip in Sicily, and this was by far the best of them. Clean, modern and elegant. Spacious and comfortable room. Nora was beyond helpful checking us in. She helped us get take out dinner from the restaurant adjacent to the hotel, and she let us eat in the breakfast room which was already set up for next morning's breakfast. She also served us drinks. "Elia greeted us on our arrival and he was very nice, sharing information about breakfast and the property. The palazzo was very clean, modern and cool vibe with exposed stone walls and creative lighting. We will definitely be coming back to Sicily and this will be our chosen place to stay!!! "

"Grand old villa, with grand furniture. Close to Mt Etna cable car, very convenient. Our chef prepared fresh ravioli, and rissoto, plus delicious mains for our meal at night. Followed up with fresh prepared sicilian breakfast in the morning. We got lost due to google maps, and staff came to find us, which was appreciated. Room was comfy and huge, a very enjoyable night."
