"The place is nothing like the pictures and the address does not take you directly to the place. The house is in the middle on nowhere and the house keeper is rude. They didn’t confirm my arrival. Property was locked when I showed up I had to banged on gate and get help from the neighbor for 1 hour before the rude housekeeper came in short no top on and never apologized. Do not book with that place "

"We had an issue with our reservation, but the staff at Pigeon Point Heritage Park went above and beyond to accommodate us. The property was extremely comfortable. There are eating places on site open from lunch to dinner. We opted to take advantage of the full kitchen and cook most of our meals. There is air conditioning in every bedroom as well as the living room/dining room. We brought our own detergent and did laundry at the onsite laundry room. Towels, dishes, pots and pans are...

"The owner/manager of this property was very welcoming and understanding of our situation and did everything he could to facilitate us on short notice. The pool in the property overlooks a slight hill so it makes for a nice touch. We felt very safe and the place is in a very quiet and serene area. We definitely look forward to staying here again once we are in Tobago. "

"Our stay at the Grafton Beach Resort was great! Staff was friendly, breakfast was good, and views were breathtaking. Wi-Fi was spotty at times but they tell you that upon checking in and it got better during our stay."

"Positives - The staff was very friendly and helpful The free breakfast- it shocked us all, as both the quantity and quality exceeded our expectations. The rooms were spacious, adequate and clean. The grounds and property were also very well maintained, keep it up. A memorable view of the sunrise/sunset from your room/balcony and also the beach. Too bad we were not able to bathe due to the Sargassum. Negatives - Our 2nd day, got up, no water, staff took too rectify the problem. Kindly replace the batteries in the safe, the key should only be used for emergencies. Also on 2nd day, we went onto the balcony to view the sunrise, but we got locked out. I suggest that spare keys for the balcony door be kept on premises to avoid what happened after. "
