Lots of vagrants screaming and being extremely noisy at night which woke me up several times. Room condition and cleanliness was fine, nothing noteworthy. Overall, acceptable for short stays / business trip."

"We tried to set up the pullout bed but found that the comforter had an unpleasant stain on it. When we requested a replacement, we were given a thin blanket instead, which left my daughter feeling quite cold the first night. We followed up at the front desk to ask again for a proper comforter, but were brought the same light blanket. When we clarified our request, we were told that this was the only option available. Additionally, my husband, daughter, and I were really looking forward to using...

"Had a two night stay and had the worst hotel experience ever. Night 1 minus 15 outside and patio door would not close properly hence cold draft all night, second day asked to change rooms and they put us in a room with no hot water. Two hours before checkout the next morning hot water worked. Provided us with a free breakfast and didnt charge us for parking….. but charged full price for the two nights. I will never go back."
