The service and facilities for children is excellent, we were made very welcome by all staff who couldn't do enough for us to ensure our stay was perfect. I only dropped a mark for around the property where parking fees recently increased 50% for overnight parking considering the hotel has a captive customer unable to find alternative parking.

Excellent value … nothing bad to say! Great breakfast with something for everyone! Plenty of choice. Special thanks to Dom and Jasmine 👍 fabulous people! Always went out of their way for me and my mum, all the staff were polite and made sure we were looked after but we see something special with Dom and Jasmine. As there were lots of children in the hotel that day, we were upgraded to a superior room on the next floor. Very thoughtful. Lovely to have a swim too. If I could make 1 comment there just needs to be a light similar to inside the wardrobe by the coffee making facility. Its a very dark area. Thank you 😊
