"Very comfortable stay"

"When I arrive the Hilton at 10:30 at night, the reservation front desk can not find it. So I have to call Expedia customer service for waiting more than 30 min to get the reservation taking care of. It is very tired and worry reservation have to wait and maybe need to pay again. "

"The desk chair was rather uncomfortable and the AC unit in the wall was a bit loud and close to the bed. However, the hotel was great and I actually did sleep well. Nice sheets. Plenty of underground parking"

"Very standard 3 star hotel. Definitely heard traffic noise throughout the night, the shower head is very low, the mattresses weren’t horrible but almost felt like sleeping in a trampoline. "We stayed at this hotel for one night as three friends and had a great experience. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were warm and welcoming. Since it was the birthday month for two of us, we were upgraded to a room with a beautiful view, which made our stay extra special.
