"The location is great! It is waking distance to concerts at Marymoor Park. The staff was wonderful! The room supplies were bare-bones. The soap was tiny. The sheets and towels were clean, but rough. The tissues and toilet paper were thin. The breakfast was also sparse. The place could have been great with a few comfort upgrades."

"The staff was very informative and helpful. The room was clean. The bed & pillows were comfortable. Our building was the second building, not connected to the main one. We very much appreciated the room having a coffee maker. Our late timing meant we missed the included breakfast. It is near the freeway so you do get the freeway traffic noise, but it did not disrupt our sleep. For a full parking lot at night it was surprisingly very quiet of people. "Stayed four days and they never had enough breakfast food supplies and understaff, fridge in room didn’t work took them 4 days to get me new one. Bad hotel, housekeeping was horrible didn’t even vacuum our room for four days"

"Everything inside and out was just so clean! Staff was beyond friendly. I received a knock at the door and was greeted by such a nice smile and request for any need for cleaning service. While I declined, she asked if I needed anything at all and when I requested coffee, she quickly grabbed 2 for me and handed a nice chocolate over as well! I don't recall any hotel anywhere that I've been being this friendly throughout its staff. Just wonderful!"

"I did not like the fact that one elevator was broken for the entire stay at the hotel was packed. The breakfast food was lukewarm at best. One of the Hotel at the front desk was so loud and boisterous that no one within 15 feet of her could hear anyone else talking and trying to communicate directions. She 100% full of herself. I will not stay at this property again."

"The staff were just excerpt, very helpful and according. John, Alissa and some other front desk and Valet parking were very very nice. In Housekeeping, Maria. N. Was a sweetheart. Her service was very outstanding and she really good with customers. She’s very charming and very helpful. We just love her so much. It was an excellent experience every time we have been there. Please keep your employee’s happy, they are an excellent crew."

"The staff was nice. You could tell the hotel was an old hotel that was remodeled. Our shower door was very difficult to slide open and closed. One time I was stuck in there for several minutes before I was able to get it to slide open. We had our room cleaned once during our stay. Not sure they did much except for new towels and made the bed. They took the bar of soap we had at the sink and and didn't give us a new one. Unfortunately our room was right next to the laundry and ice machine room....
