There is supposed to be a noise curfew between 11_7 but that all goes out the window when there is nobody there to police it. Doors slamming all night partly down to the door closing system and you can hear every word spoken in the next room and when that is 3am first night and 4:30am second we were unable to have a full night sleep. Upon being greeted at door upon our arrival we realized this was going to be like no other place we have stayed before in any city. You can barely see 2 feet in front of you in the hallways as the lighting is so dim and the walls are painted blk or gray.
