"My second stay here, hotel is lovely & clean however this is my first stay in the summer & was disappointed there was no air conditioning in my room, allocated a room on the fifth floor, it was really warm & stuffy, had 2 ask reception to open my window as it wouldn't stay open due 2 a fault then ..."

"Drain smells in the room and bathroom, room is minuscule under the eaves. Decor shabby everywhere, paintwork shabby, carpets in common areas repaired by duct tape. Period features gutted out."
