"They say free shuttle from airport but in fine prints it is only until 10pm. We had to take under after that which was a surprise. Also room keycards won’t work, had to keep going to front desk in the middle of the night to get the door opened"

"I feel like I was misled by all the fake online reviews. I honestly don’t understand how this is considered a 4-star hotel. The room was extremely small, the area didn’t feel safe at all, and the parking was very inconvenient. They charged $61 per night for parking, not the amount listed online, and added several extra fees even though I had already paid in full. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had, and I would never recommend this hotel!!!"
