"Es ist sehr erfreulich, dass alte Werksgebäude einer weiteren Nutzung zugeführt werden. Das war mal eine andere Erfahrung. Bad und alle Geräte sind neu. Kühlschrank ausreichend groß. Der Öffnungs- und Schließmechnismus ist etwas gewönungsbedürftig, aber dann geht es. Betten waren ebenfalls gut. Nachts war alles ruhig."

"Grundsätzlich ist diese Unterkunft schön. Liebevoll gestaltet und gut eingerichtet. Moderne verknüpft das alte. Die Lage ist etwas ausserhalb, aber die Stadt Schirgiswalde ist in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Leider gab es auch deutliche Schattenseiten. Wir hatten eine Ferienwohnung im EG. Über uns hat anscheinend eine Fusballmannschaft gewohnt. Man hörte jeden Schritt und jedes Gespräch aus der Wohnung über uns. Manchmal war das kaum aushaltbar, und wir haben das Weite gesucht. "A bit hard to find the reception, but friendly front desk, free parking, transit passes & sauna were great. No air conditioning, front desk & sauna hours are limited, no laundry. The parking requires some steps and/or a long walk, but you can drop baggage off at the front of the building."
