"The staff was amazing super helpful. Breakfast was a surprise, biscuits and gravy, bagels, french toast and even bacon and fresh fruit. The shuttle call, when I got off the plane, the girl was a bit rude and told me to call back when I got outside, which I walked the 3 minutes to the outside and called back and she said he is on his way and hung up. I then waited for over 35 minutes for the shuttle to get there. BUT THE REST OF THE GROUP WAS STELLER!"

The whole facility was clean every area that I went to was clean. Casino was fun and all the restaurants that i ate at were delicious with great staff. "Wonderful staff. Originally a 2 night stay, we encountered some car trouble on our way in and couldn’t check in on time. They held the room and reservation for us without any trouble. Great views and floor to ceiling windows. Smaller on the bedroom and bathroom side of things in our case, but both were updated to feel otherwise."

"Little to no staff present at anytime. I requested more coffee packs at 6pm. This was not possible to obtain as there is no staff on the premises. Communication was good, but strictly by text or email. Sketchy neighborhood"
