"The hotel was nothing like the photos online. The blue sofa and other stylish furniture shown in the listing were nowhere to be found. Instead, the lobby looked shabby, and the rooms were no better. There was visible dust throughout, and I took photos to document it. I also noticed grimy handprints on the sides of the furniture. The room smelled awful because of whatever heavily scented product had been used on the carpet. The odor was strong, chemical, and perfume-like. It gave me a headache...

"We stayed here on a Saturday night to go see a Flyers game. The location is ideal for sporting events. It’s less than a 10 minute walk to the arena super convenient parking is free. We arrived around noon and we were told our room was ready but in order to get access to it we were going to have to pay $50 for early check-in. We declined and waited an hour and a half and got into our room. It seems silly that the room is available and they try to up charge you. Overall, the casino is clean. It...

"Our room wasn’t ready.. we requested early check in for 3… they knew we were traveling from a distance for a 70th surprise party and our ride was picking us up at 5:30. Our room was not ready until 10 minutes of five which did not even allow us to get showered. We literally had to quick cleanup, fix the hair, fix the makeup and throw on our clothes.
