"Super clean rooms, hallways, lobby. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. It’s quiet - never heard a neighbor or a door slamming. The front desk and breakfast staff were very friendly. Breakfast had a large variety of yummy foods and they kept it stocked nicely. Travelers should note that there is no pool but if you don’t need a pool, this hotel was just completely perfect. "

Received a copy of the final bill... with a credit Later that day an email came in with no explanation or details with a final bill of NO credit Called them immediately but the manager was not available. "My family arrived late at night and the desk staff (I cannot recall his name) was kind and check in was a breeze. The room was spacious and offered a kitchenette, fold out couch, 2 bedrooms and bathroom. There was obvious wear on some of the furniture, dents on the fridge and the doors on one bedroom and the bathroom seemed off kilter and were difficult to close. "Hotel is clean and staff is friendly. You cannot get ABC, CBS, nor NBC on the TVs. I made 3 calls to point this out, but sure it’s a corporate issue. I resent being charged $5 a night for parking when you can’t even get basic tv channels!! "
