"Everything was awesome and sooo amazing. The view was everything 😍😍 except the sliding door to the room was extra extra hard to open and close to go out the balcony. I didn’t like that. Almost lost an arm trying to open and close it… Also valet parking needs to be more respectful and professional when it comes to people luggage and belongings. Room service please check to make sure people’s orders are correct also.. My food was messed up on three different occasions. But, overall I really enjoyed myself and my company did too.. The beach was lovely "

"The main issue with the stay is that there was only one working elevator. Stair access is outside and requires badge access but was not working. Was told only maintenance could open it and they weren’t here. Just seemed like a huge safety issue, more than 15 people in the elevator due to huge waits. Was willing to climb the 6 flights of stairs to our room but wasn’t allowed. It just seems like they need more help maintenance and upkeep wise. There were some front desk people that were really helpful in terms of checking us into our room. "

"Breakfast was fresh everyday and always full. The 2 ladies was amazing and once you get up from youe table they would disinfect for the next person to sit. Only thing I found is that they have very short towel inventory we booked for 4 people and they only provided 2 towels same for our friends that stood they had king rooms with 1 towel each lol. But overall we enjoy our stay our oceanfront view was the best view.will be back soon with a larger group. 🙃"

"Multiple problems with this property number one my air-conditioning didn’t work and I was not offered another room number two when I checked out and needed my receipt for reimbursement with my company. I did not get one. I am still waiting for a receipt so I can get reimbursement and I have still not gotten one very disappointed in this hotel and their proceedings will not be returning to this hotel "
