"The rooms was comfortable and had a gorgeous view of the castle. A top floor room also means privacy from the busy street below (which can be quite lively at night!). The gym facilities are excellent and accessible. The staff were generally friendly but occasionally aloof. The lack of air conditioning meant a very warm room most of our stay in June, so a fan (provided in-room) is necessary. The open window somehow did not cool down the room at all at night, so sometimes it was hot in the room but lovely outside. Location is incredibly convenient and walkable (under 15 mins) to Waverly Station. "

"We liked the staff very friendly and helpful. Shame no tea and coffee in the room. Parking was a pain, we hadn't realised it was on a lower level not directly accessible to the hotel. Be aware read the info sent. Great breakfast, good selection "

"Great facilities, especially for the price. The pods are a decent size, with comfortable beds, multiple lights, your own plugs for charging, and a decent sized safe for storing your belongings. The location is very central and the staff are extremely helpful."
