"En route to the hotel, we received an email (not a phone call) that they could not accommodate our room. We were offered a king bed with a blow up mattress for 3 adults. I called the hotel and they did express their apologies but nothing else. No assistance to get another room (until I asked at towards the end of our call). "Valet was so overwhelmed cars everywhere in the streets. I’m not sure if the pool was closed or out of service. Their posted permits for the pool and elevators were way past due. Room was nice, but very loud with traffic and parties all night."

"The AC in our room was broken. Had to come two times to fix it went to bed got woken up at 3 AM when carbon monoxide detector was ringing call front desk was told there was no maintenance to unplug it, we said is there a week because it was bringing they moved us to a small room at 3:30 AM. The next day the Manager Kim called us back and was talking over us trying to tell us we had to stay in that small room, even though I paid for a bigger room finally after arguing got put back in that room so...

"I was so very pleasantly impressed by this little b&b! It was very clean, and has old charm with new upgrades. The bathroom in the citrus room was SO beautiful. The beds were more firm but I do like that. It was quiet even being on a main road. Breakfast had a little bit of something for everyone. As a vegetarian, I was able to have a full breakfast! We stayed for our anniversary and wanted a nice place and I would highly recommend to others."

We were there for 5 days and had sausage everyday, would have liked to see bacon. Pool was clean but very warm, almost felt heated which is not good in the heat of Florida summer."
