There are a few things on the property needing some attention, but nothing to focus on. Definitely a great place to stay. Breakfast had ample selections and the coffee was hot and ready early. "Our first experience at a B&B and I must say that the Arcadian has set the bar pretty high. We really enjoyed the charm of the house. Be sure to browse the main room down stairs as there were many wonderful tidbits of history. We found the history of the home to be very interesting. The wraparound porch with rockers was a very nice place to relax. The owners were very nice & courteous. The breakfast (which is brought to your room) was incredible. The only cons I thought about was the powder room...
