"I used to live in this area so I have know about it since 1999 when it was not owned by Best Western. It’s really a reasonable place to stay for Edmonds near the waterfront which is why I chose it. Everything was fine but the plumbing was very noisy in room 134. Pipes creaked loudly. The room has very thin walls and the party in the room above and next to us woke us up at 6 am with their walking around, doors slamming, etc. The beds were ok, ours was a suite with kitchenette but it didn’t have...

"We loved eating outside the breakfast bar area—tables and chairs near the pool. It was shaded and the weather was great! "

"Room was clean, not a fan of hardwood floors in room. Breakfast was good. Walls seemed thin could hear neighbors turning on hair dryer. Seems to lack small amenities that other large chain hotels provide such as makeup wipes, body wash, etc. Very welcoming for

"My review should be taken as merely a thought. Upon check in staff were very friendly. As soon as I entered my room I knew I could not stay there. I did immediately drive across the street and check in at the evergreen. I made no fuss with the staff as the condition is not up to them but rather the owner of the building. Affordable ✍
