"Arrived and had no power. Did make notes that we had a wheelchair at time of booking. We had to sit and wait for manager but fortunately power was restored after about 30 mins ( had not spoken to manager during this time). Pool was very small and very overcrowded. Our boys did not use pool as they couldn't with the overcrowding."

"We stayed one night and were very impressed with the hotel! The staff were super helpful. Access to the gym and pool was great and the both were open early until late which was appreciated as our stay was short during our long drive home. In house restaurant served a limited menu and food was delicious but the wait was longer for it to be prepared and room service was not available as they were short staffed. Beautiful hotel, clean and wonderful stay. There is also a Tim Hortons within walking...
