"Location was excellent, close to many convenient stores, restaurants and bus/train station. The room itself was very clean, spacious and had all the amenities. Very very good value for the price "

"Great location, park across the road is great for kids to get some energy out. Lots of restaurants & amenity close by and only a 10 minute walk to the centre of Shinjuku.
The rooms are a bit tired (marks on the walls, the duvet covers donโt fit properly and you can see that the bedding under is very yellowed, pillows not great.
There is no reception at the property, which was fine for us."

"This place was amazing! The directions to get to it were so well thought out by the host, we were initially worried, but the host made it so easy! The place is in a great location. Very clean, safe, and close to the metro. I am so glad I booked this place and would recommend it to anyone! "

"We really enjoyed our stay here in Tokyo. The instructions were very clear, and having everything labeled especially for trash made things so much easier compared to other places weโve stayed. It really helped us stay organized and made the whole experience more convenient.
The location was also great very walkable and in a peaceful neighborhood, which we really appreciated after busy days exploring the city.
Overall, it was a great experience. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely...

"Clean room and could easily accommodate for our family of 4. Close to the food areas as well as convenience stores without being in a high traffic area. "

"Excellent value. It's a real apartment, not a hotel room โ full kitchen, washing machine with laundry detergent already provided, strong AC, and a quiet bedroom for good sleep. Four beds, so great for a group, but I stayed solo and still felt the price was very fair.
Check-in is self-service: they send a door code in advance and a short form asking for your name and a photo of your passport โ quick and no hassle.
Close to the train station and a convenience store is about 4 minutes on foot....

"Elevators are terrible. Can be waiting up to 15 minutes for availability. They warn you about checkout time but itโs consistent throughout the day. The rooms are so tiny you canโt have bags open while also have space to move around. Bathrooms are next to impossible they are so tiny and kind of feel like a bathroom youโd see on a boat. Number of guests theyโre squeezing in is likely the issue with the elevator, so many rooms with so few elevators. Had included breakfast but it was so jammed with people we only were able to use it once.
The staff were incredibly helpful and the rooms are clean."
"First time at an APA Hotel, I was very satisfied with my experience! The staff made checking in very easy and the room was decent size. Lastly, if your looking to mainly stay near Roppongi night life area, it is only a 10 min walk to most of the bar or clubs. "
"The hotel is located close to tourist spots like ;
โ Memory lane โ , โ the Godzilla head at the Hotel Gracery at Shijukuโ and โ Gold-Gai โ etc. Also close to restaurants, seven eleven, family mart, a McDonald .
Clean room but no cabinets for clothes. "
"A large hotel which is across the road from a train station(above ground), It has a Family Mart connected to the lobby and a large supermarket is nearby.
For us, this property did not hit the mark.
Rooms: are large but in our twin room, one of the beds was still up against a wall and so one of us had to climb in to bed from the end?
Tour Groups: it caters for large tour groups which can make breakfast a terrible, frantic affair (we had to line up at 6:30am one morning for over 10 mins just to get in)
Staff: perhaps because of the nature of the clientele, the staff do not offer the polite, welcoming manner of other Japanese hotels. We were greeted only once during our stay, of an entire week. When we first arrived the reception guy said bluntly: "check-in is at 3pm, if you want to come now, you will have to pay extra!" What a welcome...no welcome to TBSP, no unfortunately, no the room is not available, etc ......When we did check in later that day, it took over 10 mins, the city tax amount was not known and we were not even told our room number! (we read it off a little receipt) by the girl.
Families: a popular hotel with families, we had neighbouring rooms who
1. left their door ajar so that the children could run up to another room(so from an open door, there was constant noise) and
2. sent 4 children out to play in the corridor unsupervised, when I went to ask where their parents were, I was told "out shopping!""
"The location is amazing right and a must for people who love the night life. Golden gai is only a couple blocks over and their are plenty of food spots to enjoy."
