"Our stay at Nova Hotel was extremely disappointing. The room was unclean, with a strong, unpleasant smell and visible mould on the walls and ceiling. The mould was so severe that our child developed a bad cough during our stay — It was an unhealthy and distressing environment for a family. This was truly a terrible and unprecedented experience. "This was advertized as a 3 star hotel. That is a misleading description; at best, this is more like a 2 star hotel if that. There isn't really a hotel lobby, no physical help desk, no provided shampoo or bodywash, no closet, no in person services in general. "Good location 5 min walk to shopping center with 3 coffee shops and few restaurants. Pillows were little too firm. Mattress firm the way i prefer. Hot water dispencer in hall on each floor. "Staff wasn't good in manner. Wifi provided was fake, totally couldn't use. No towels and shampoo at all, end up went out to buy purposely. The most funniest thing was, after check out the staff called and asked whether we took the towel. Luckily just stayed one night, and will nvr return again."

"Description of the room is not accurate. Rooms are very dated and not well maintained at all. We booked a Twin room and a deluxe Triple room. The Triple room hardly had any walking space, definitely not what was shown in the pictures. Rug is dirty, no housekeeping done at all. There is no shower curtain provided so the toilet floor is constantly wet and no floor mat is provided.
