"The staff were great and the hotel is very nice, modern and clean. However the temperature control didn’t seem to be responsive. Also at time of checkout the room went completely black with the blinds closing and lights going out. Extremely uncomfortable feeling, somewhat dehumanizing in our times. ..."

"The location of the hotel was perfect. The metro station into the centre of Amsterdam was just across the road. Very convenient. The room was comfortable, and the staff were friendly. I will be staying here whenever I visit Amsterdam, and I would highly recommend it."
