"As soon as I walked in, I felt so relaxed. I had a garden view room but it’s only a short walk to the beach, and at night time I could hear a bit of the ocean sound from my room which is very relaxing. The room is big and clean. The bathroom is quite interesting, it’s like an open one with stone walls and a hut on the top, very unique. There are so bugs but they provide you the spray and mosquito incense. "Great quiet location just outside of the main city, resort rooms were private but plenty of people in common areas (went in off season). Kids club was a huge letdown - zero kids and the indoor and outdoor area was dusty (literal dust on a box of toys brought out for my daughter). "I would like a refund for the accommodation. The property was not as advertised. There was no operating restaurant. The room was unclean The shutters on the windows broken. Overall very unsatisfactory and not what was represented. I would like my $1200 money returned."
