Also the lack of outlets in the room for charging our electronics is an example of not keeping up with the way people live today. "We loved staying here. The staff was very helpful when we needed it, and it’s lovely that they have a good wine selection just by the reception desk. We had a living room, a bedroom and a kitchen, just like an apartment. I never got the coffee right- the packets they gave us made wimpy coffee, seemingly no matter how much or how little water I used. We have Nespresso at home, so I may be out of practice. Also, there was no place for luggage. I like to unpack, but my husband prefers to keep his suitcase open. We had to keep it on the sofa. There was no other surface where it would fit, and no place on the floor where we wouldn’t trip over it. However, the whole place is lovely. And it certainly couldn’t have been more convenient- a market practically next door, and a whole world of possibilities for shopping, dining, whatever. We’ll be back!"
