They donr ide bikes, expect you to walk 2 blocks in full bike gear carrying your iwn luggage and try to charge you 30 bucks ontop of your hotel room for same. 11 bikers from Melbourne had a very heated conversation with the manager who looked about 15 years old, who said well you can always go park somewhere elses if you dont.like it. "

"The shower is 3ft away from facet handle, shampoo and soap. You have to walk back and forth to adjust water temperature and get soap during shower. If you want to use bath tub, you need to bring your own shampoo and soap. The front desk staff is always busy and some of them are not knowledgeable about the hotel itself. "
