"The bartender wasn’t aware of a reservation (which I booked 36 hrs prior on Expedia) and gave me the last room left #5, right beside the stairs. I signed in gave my credit card for a $200 deposit and headed to my family dinner. I got up to the room around 11:30pm, the bar is closed, no staff on-site. Bathroom only has hand towels, beds were made, tv doesn’t work, there’s garbage in the can and the bathroom was not cleaned. Closer inspection there’s dried urine down both sides of the toilet and it’s dusty and there’s hair on the floor around the toilet. Bathroom counter and the table aren’t even wiped off either. At that time of night and no options close plus fully paid on Expedia, there’s no where else to go. I did use the shower and twice the hot water cut off giving me a freezing cold blast before you can turn it off. So that was fun. Next day I called the owner / new manager who did not care did not even apologize just gave excuses it was a busy weekend and he said well you stayed in the room so no refund. Like I had a choice was I going to go sleep in my vehicle! "

"I booked the room because it said it had a pool. The pool was shut down and so was the hot tub, which was maybe a good thing considering how dirty the place was. The white chairs in the lobby were filthy. The bathtub had black mold in the corners, the rooms phone doesn’t look like it’s ever been wiped down, there was a strip of dirt along the wall that has been missed by the vacuum for at least 5 yrs and then there was a piece of broken glass behind the door. We stayed here with my toddler. I am not happy. "
