The location is excellent — very close to the main tourist attractions, many of which can easily be reached on foot, such as the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, and the Grand Bazaar. The hotel staff were extremely courteous, attentive, and always willing to help, making the stay even more pleasant. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul."

When we complained on the first night, we were told no alternative rooms were available. The staff were not particularly friendly, and the overall atmosphere felt off. Only after Expedia intervened were we moved to another room. Overall, the experience was unsatisfactory, and I would not book here again."

"Room 1804 ​I had a mixed experience during my recent stay at the CVK Park Bosphorus Hotel Istanbul. There were several highlights, but one persistent issue significantly impacted the stay. ​The Highlights ​Outstanding Service: The staff were truly wonderful. From the moment we arrived, everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. ​Prime Location: You really cannot beat the location. It is central, convenient, and makes exploring Istanbul very easy. ​The Downside ​Unfortunately, we encountered a frustrating issue with the drainage in our bathtub. After every shower, the water simply would not drain, leaving us standing in pooled water. ​While we brought this to the staff's attention early on, the problem was never resolved. Despite the issue being reported, it continued throughout the entirety of our stay. For a hotel of this caliber, I expected a much quicker resolution to a basic maintenance matter."
