The room didn't have a sea view, and the staff refused to upgrade me to a better room without extra charges, despite the hotel being empty. The towels were old and shabby, and I had to request them as they weren't provided in the room. The hair dryer was out of order, and the room phone didn't work. The breakfast was billed as a buffet, but it was just a simple tray of food. On the second day, they apologized...
"Le séjour s'est très bien déroulé. L'équipe de réception est excellente et à l'écoute : ils prennent vraiment soin des clients. Malgré une attente un peu longue à l'accueil, ils m'ont gentiment offert un café et une bouteille d'eau, ce qui a fait oublier le temps d'attente.
Seul bémol : les taxis passent rarement devant l'hôtel. Si vous avez un vol tôt le matin, prévoyez beaucoup d'avance pour vous rendre à l'aéroport. Ainsi que le bruit de la pompe à eau il faut vraiment trouver une solution....

"Malgré quelque travaux autour de l’hôtel et je tiens à signaler que l’ensemble de la ville est en travaux donc voila à vous de choisir cet hôtel.
J'ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel idéalement situé en bord de mer. Sa localisation privilégiée permet de profiter de magnifiques bains de soleil et de moments de détente inoubliables en fin de journée face à l'océan.
