"We got to the hotel and there was no one at the réception to Check is in. We had to wait a bit before someone came to take care of us.
There was no cold water in the sink faucet nor the shower. It is summer and no one uses hot water only. Terrible experience to shower with boiling water when the temperature outside is about 30 to 35 Celsius."

Il faut donc se garer à proximité.
Le RIAD est charmant et le personnel agréable.

"Tout était superbe au Riad. Superbe décoration, confort et service. La table d’hôte était superbe, bravo au chef Fatima. L’emplacement est parfait, 5 mn à pied de l’ancienne ville, de la place principale et d’autres monuments.
Notre séjour en famille était top. "

Chambre pas prête et sûrement faite à notre arrivée. Chambre à revoir…
Salle de bains non nettoyée avec des serviettes de bains sales derrière la porte.
Réceptionniste gentille malgré que la réservation n était pas prête. Et personne pour notre départ. "

"Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans l'ensemble.
Le personnel est très gentil et serviable. Le petit déjeuner pourrait être amélioré en mettant plutôt du pain ou des crêpes marocaines.
La chambre était confortable mais l'odeur qui venait de la salle de bain n'était pas très agréable. C'est peut-être uniquement propre à la chambre du rez de chaussée donnant sur la rue.
La qualité de l'hébergement est très largement correcte pour le prix."

"It’s situated within the medina which is ideal although you will need to walk a little way from the Main Street to access it. It was down a dirty alleyway with some cats and poo which wasn’t nice. It’s not their area but perhaps they may need to consider how to make that first area more appealing to guests as it looks awful. Inside it was a very nicely decorated Riad.
