"Had an amazing stay at Hard Rock Los Cabos! The rooms were clean and spacious, the red pool was amazing for the my 5 year old. The staff was great shout out Lorena from the entertainment team made my daughter’s birthday extra special by announcing her birthday at the night show and was personally attentive to us! Also, shout out to Katy from the entertainment team came up to us pool side and made bracelets for my daughters. Had an overall great experience! "

"We were upgraded to a one bedroom suite upon arrival, which was a pleasant surprise. The timeshare sales folks did try to get us scheduled for a 90 min appt the following morning which we politely declined and were never approached again. The rooms and the grounds are very clean. It is evident that the staff takes great pride in pleasing the guests. We would return to this property for sure!"

"Absolutely wonderful! Staff was very attentive. Food was amazing. I was so shocked by how good the food was. Every cuisine was full of flavor. We didn’t have to leave the resort for anything!! 24 hour room service was worth it all. I would say to make sure to book the correct room if you would like a beach view. Our room view was the only downside to our stay. However, the cleanliness and exceptional service made it better. I will say this is for a chill, relaxed stay. They do have entertainment in the evenings but not a big turn up location. But overall we were very please with everything and would definitely return! Enjoy your trips!!"

"Views were great, but the staff really made my trip amazing. They went above and beyond, everyone I interacted with was so friendly, patient, accommodating and attentive. They really try hard to remember your face and name which is amazing considering how many people were staying there. Food can be hit or miss; I enjoyed the breakfast buffet but the lunch buffet had some strange food. I preferred eating at the restaurants instead. It was also very convenient to have the cafe so I could get a cappuccino every morning. I will be coming back and will bring my family next time. "
