The location is a bit out of the way but it’s a clean hotel and has a decent breakfast. It advertises an airport shuttle but this is not accurate.

Hotel grounds were nicely manicured, room was clean and staff was very helpful. We were greeted by Marcelo who immediately assisted us as we arrived early, he offered an early check in (for a fee of course) or to hold our luggage until checking time. Marcelo is a very nice individual who is very cordial, helpful and approachable. Jazmine was a very cheerful, she made us feel special, protected and important. We were downtown waiving down a taxi as we needed to get back to the hotel and everyone would just pass and did not stop. I sent a what’s up message to Jazmine and she immediately responded and sent over a taxi (there was a confusion and the company sent over 2 taxis and she sent me a message worried about us as we supposibly got picked up by the wrong one. She was relieved once we responded letting her know we were ok and made sure once we got back that we were treated correctly. The staff at this hotel made us feel welcome and safe, we definitely recommend this hotel and will use it in the future.

Great location and service/staff

Great location, quiet bit a stroll away from the cotiy centre and restaurants. Super friendly staff. Restaurant is very good and great pricing. Viands for tours can be ordered the night before, are generous and great value for money too.

The staff were very kind and courteous. But we were informed not have food in the room which was very surprising and never had such kind of rules stated to us in any of the places were we stayed. However the rooms were well kept and the staff were very generous.

Friendly receptionist, 8 minutes walk to main town

Facilities a bit old and run down, but still liveable. Breakfast was a little too sweet, mostly cakes and sweet breads. Receptionist is friendly and helpful, helped us with the booking of taxi to El Calafate Airport. There is a shortcut to the main town, which is pretty convenient, about a 8 minute walk down to the town but a bit challenging to walk at night.... roads in el calafate are pretty muddy.

I was very disappointed with the service at this hotel. The staff were not accommodating at all. My husband made a simple request for hot water and was turned away with a flat-out “no.” We weren’t asking for anything unreasonable, just a basic courtesy you’d expect from any hotel. This lack of hospitality really soured our experience. We won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to others based on how poorly we were treated.

הצוות נחמד אבל זה לא עוזר שאין מזגן בחדר ואתה צריך לישון עם חלון פתוח ולשמוע רעש מהרחוב כל הלילה. המזרן היה שקוע ולא ניתן לשרון בלילה. פעם ראשונה שלקחתי כדור שינה כדי לישון בלילה. הגיע הזמן לשפץ את המלון! כדור הארץ מתחמם לא יהיה קר יותר ארוחת הבוקר זה פשוט בושה. תוסיפו ביצים וירקות הדבר הטוב היחיד זה שיש חניה ליד המלון אבל בכל העיר אין בעיה של חניה חינ ברחובות.

Hotel com quarto grande, limpo, com uma bela visão para o Lago Argentino e chuveiro muito bom. Café da manhã com poucas opções, mas saboroso. Para ir ao centro a pé é super fácil… uns 10 min. Recomendo a hospedagem, muito prestativos e atenciosos.

Notre chambre était la première à côté de la réception. Le matin on pouvait entendre tout le monde parler dans la cafétéria ainsi tout les les préparatifs pout le déjeuner. Isolation entre les chambres inexistante. Personnel sympathique. Près de la ville et de tout les commerces et restaurants.

Muy comodo, la habitacion muy amplia y limpia. Buen desayuno incluido. El personal muy atento y amable excepto por la señorita que esta por la tarde noche en recepcion no tiene idea de servicio al cliente. Todo en general excelente!
