Hotel Xcaret Mexico - All Parks / All Fun Inclusive
Check in was the worst part almost 2 hrs & maybe 4 couples in front of us. No refreshments at check in. Other than that it was amazing!!!!! Would definitely go again. If I can be notified of deals I would make it my next destination!

Occidental at Xcaret Destination - All Inclusive
Resort is beautiful and walking distance to Xcaret. Also wild animals and walking trails on the property are a nice touch. That is this resorts only saving grace. Beaches are non-existent. Also food was horrible. Eggs in the morning were soggy. Even boiled eggs were impossible to eat. Fruit quality ...

This is a lovely smaller place in a great location- staff are lovely and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Very friendly helpful staff and good small beach with lovely views

Hotel Colonial Playa del Carmen
The room was clean, the AC worked perfectly, the staff was friendly, the only issue was the shower head needs to be cleaned or replaced. Very kittle waste for the shower
