Despite the temporary inconvenience of the Imperial Valley on and off ramp to interstate 8 being closed, this hotel is still conveniently located and near dining and shopping options. This is not a fancy hotel and the bar and restaurant are closed likely due to Covid but this motel is a great value.

This was by far the worst motel I’ve stayed in, the room was terrible it smell like smoke evethough I ask for non smoking, the beds were old and had graffitti on them, the furniture was old and dirty, the carpet was dirty there were holes on the chairs overall it looked like homeless people live there terrible experience and I think I definitely over paid for that room.

Yeah... don't.

First, entered a room of abt 90°. AC didn't make a dent in the 10 min I stayed. Curtains wouldn't close all the way. Asked for walk-in shower. Nope. Then I discovered a visitor--cockroach on the ceiling. Left. Attendant said I have to contact Hotels.com for refund. 😖

The front desk service was great, the rooms were a little “tired”, there was a space by the front door which you could see out of, and the air conditioner had a hard time keeping up, but it was terribly hot!

I liked that the room was spacious w 2 individual bedrooms and 2 couches. Didn’t care for the kitchen not being stocked w the normal kitchen items all other hotels have, such as pots, utensils, plates, cups... but it did have a cpl frying pans in the room.

Filthy room.

Terrible room condition. Smelled like a mixture of wet dog and stale cigarette smoke. Carpet was filthy with visible debris. Took one step in the room and turned around, went to the front desk and told them that I was not going to be able to stay. Had to find another hotel and pay top price because of last minute check-in.

The pillows need replaced. I was placed in a 2 bed room, so I had 4 pillows to choose from. I did find one that was somewhat comfortable. During my previous stays, the pillows were not comfortable. The bed is very comfortable.

The room was okay... when I pulled back the sheets there were blood stains on the sheets. I asked for them to be changed and no one was available. Disgusting. Not super helpful staff.

The only problem I had was I couldn't find the ice machine, but really didn't need it. The bed didn't have enough blankets, but I turned up the heater so all was fine.
