Regreso cada año. Está a unos paso de la playa, el personal es siempre sumamente amable. Las instalaciones son muy lindas, el aire acondicionado y ventilador en el cuarto siempre son ideales para el calor de Yucatán. Pueden mejorar en la calidad de los colchones y toallas, la atención a distancia y la terraza en la parte de la piscina, que está un poco descuidada.

Excelente hotel, muy bonito, limpio y precios razonables. No recomiendo la habitación L3 por estar mal ubicada. Recomiendo tener en el hotel opciones aunque sean de renta para los visitantes como bicis, kayaks, sillas para la playa que las tiene pero cuando hay hotel lleno son insuficientes. Las habitaciones son muy limpias, camas y almohadas cómodas.

Demasiado ruidosa, se siente los desagües de las habitaciones como si estuvieran dentro del cuarto, ojo hablo de la habitación M3 no se las demás. Colindante con esta habitación hay un cuarto dé insumos q se abre y se cierra esa puerta 1000 veces al día y párese q está dentro del cuarto, por lo demás bastante bien, pero nada q ver con las fotos de la publicidad.

LA PEOR EXPERIENCIA! El hotel no está preparado se fue la luz 2 días y no tienen planta de luz nos quedamos sin aire acondicionado y sin agua, varios huéspedes nos tuvimos que ir a nuestros carros a refrescar durante la noche, nos comentaban que pasa seguido y no están preparados para esa situación
