"It was like to be inside the fridge,no heating at all no good to stay this time of the year. We got quickly fixed with hot water and extra duvets otherwise is impossible to sleep gets very cold night time late march and early April."

"Property is Ok, nice view from the balcony. The only complaint is about the noise: you can hear everything from your neighbors or when the cleaners cleaning their rooms. Also, it’s located on the street with night life, you can hear young teenagers singing songs up till 6 AM. "

"Die Lage der Unterkunft ist echt super. Bei den Garden View Zimmern hat man einen schönen Ausblick auf den Park und dahinter das Meer. Der Supermarkt und Bäcker ist sehr nah, genauso wie der Park und Strand. Zum Zentrum muss man ein paar Minuten gehen. Mit den Wohnungen kann man mal mehr mal weniger Glück haben was die Mängel anbelangt. Wir konnten unser Bidet nicht nutzen weil es undicht war. "Nothing was too much for staff. the hotel an surrounding area was constantly being cleaned. The hotel have just opened up a lovely little restaurant which you can book over the lunchtime period and I cannot recommend it highly enough. Thoroughly enjoyable time had by all. "

"We loved everything. The staff, restaurants (especially at the pool and the specialty restaurant) were fantastic and the staff were wonderful! The pool area was wonderful! Only comment would be that the coffee pods do not get refilled when the room is made up each day which felt a little odd. Otherwise, we had a fantastic stay! "

"Fantastic hotel for a family holiday in Tossa. The facilities, entertainment and dining are only surpassed by the staff who are a credit to the hotel. Pools are varied and well maintained, roof top bar for adults is great and the buffet meals are high quality. We did half board, was more than enough. Tossa is a short walk to the old town and beach with its many cafes and restaurants. Can't wait to return "
