"We booked through Expedia that is connected to a Latin American booking site we had never heard of..something starting with a 'd' When we tried to check in, the desk wanted us to'call' our host, our reservation was supposed to be a done deal through Expedia & our phones DO NOT work in Colombia which we politely tried to explain to the desk & asked them to call for us, which they were very uncooperative about, refusing to call, which made absolutely No sense to us what so ever!
