"A vacation to remember. Really we enjoyed our stay in the hotel. Starting with the warm welcoming of the reception Mr. Roushdy, who really was a helpful supportive by offering a feee room upgrade. At the end of the stay he generously allowed late check out as our bus was in the afternoon. Spacious room, very clean, very active house keeping, always smiling. 3 pools were ok. "Mangrove Bay Resort in Marsa Alam proved to be a major disappointment despite its promising location. The only redeeming feature was the diving center, which operates independently from the resort. "1- For the food, most of the fruits were not fresh, actually they were almost rotten. Overall food experience was like 5/10, big variety but not very good quality. 2- For the rooms, the towels are not clean, we got some with stains and others ripped. 2 small bottles of waters were not enough for 2 adults all day, but the staff was generous enough to offer two more bottles free of charge :D.
