"The staff is amazing. It is more of a retro boutique vibe so if you’re used to the more chain, vanilla type places, you may not love it. The location cannot be beat in my opinion, being right across the street from the Farmers Market with tons of dining options around. A Trader Joes and CVS 5m walk. Tons of shopping at The Grove also next to the Farmer's Market. Also found the location quite central to the other places we went. I will come back."

"I love the Dunes because it’s usually quiet and safe. The location is excellent from any point I need to go. One thing that bothers me is that there are NO side lamps next to the beds. Only glaring lights from the ceilings. You used to have side lamps which gave the rooms a nice ambiance. Makes the rooms look like a YMCA without them. Also, need to upgrade your towels. The quality is pretty awful and cheapens the room. Other than that, it’s amazing. I’ve been staying there for almost 30 years...

"The front desk staff were amazing! I had to checkout late and they were so helpful and accommodating. The complimentary coffee was really good too. Perfect if you need to be by Cedars Sinai and great access to the Beverly Center. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. I would definitely stay again. "

"This property felt very safe, with good off-street parking, and it was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The coffee machine in the front lounge was worthy of the Ritz. The staff was lovely to us, and overall, this was an exceptional value for the money. We were attending an event in Santa Monica, and this was convenient to Olympic, Pico, and the 10."

El primer día no tuvieron las 2 habitaciones (doble y King) que necesitábamos y nos dieron 2 King. Al día siguiente, nos dieron un upgrade a una suite King y la doble al lado. Inmejorable ubicación y staff súper atento."
