"We had a wonderful stay at this lovely property. The hotel is beautifully decorated, with gorgeous planting and lush greenery throughout the grounds. The confirmation we received also included a picture of a room with 2 beds, but our room had only a double bed. On our request to have it changed, the reply was simply: "we don't have it available".
