"Everyone there was extremely helpful. I have virtually no ability to speak Spanish, but that was not a problem. If a staff member could not understand my request, they immediately found someone who could communicate with me. Every possible convenience was provided. I would love to return!"

Just needs a good scrub down and a few new items like drapes, towels etc. the food needed better protection from the elements as most days we were sharing it with the flies. The noise level was ridiculous, literally didn’t sleep for a week. Came home feeling ill from my pressure being so high. And the power kept tripping out. And the people partying till 3 am in the morning was left screaming in the dark. The steps we very tricky, witnessed an elderly lady fall straight on her back. The gift shop took the cake. Bought a pair of shorts, a beach wrap and a beach bag that came up to a whopping $210 all cheap china material. Almost past out when I looked at my credit card bill. Paid in pasos and had no clue. Overall don’t bother sorry to say"

"It's definitely not what it used to be. I've stayed there many times during 2016 to 2020. It was lively, bright well staffed. Now it's a skeleton of what it once was. I stood 4 nights - 5 days went to breakfast the first day and after looking at it only had the coffee and left, i never went back i ate out for breakfast. The restaurants which once was the only restaurant i would eat lunch and dinner was not in service only for breakfast. The rooms looks as if it hasn't been painted in years. On the first night they changed my room 3 times and i finally settled for the 3rd room because i was exhausted."
