Bahia Principe Luxury Bouganville - Adults Only - All Inclusive
10/10 Excellent
"The hotel was beautiful. Beach was beautiful with calm water and quiet. There was excellent staff that was very friendly and attentive. It was nice to be able to access amenities on both the adult side and the grand romana side. We utilized the tennis, kayak, pool, billiards, several à la cart restaurants and all was great.
There is also a cool cave/ park very nearby to check out called Cueva de Maravillas.
Only disappointment was cigarette smoke on premises. "
"First time in DR and will not be the last. This hotel is amazing. From the staffing to the pool, the area. I can’t find anything negative about this hotel. It’s beautiful. Great job. We will be back in June with our kids. "
"Beautiful hotel complex. The pictures don't do it justice in terms of how spacious and well designed/ kept the property is. The beach is a fairly decent walk from the hotel- about 10minutes. It's a nice walk but something to know if you think it's going to be on your doorstep. Lots of beautiful restaurants. Pools were great, esp with young kids as there were shallow areas in all 3 of the pools. Lovely breakfast. The chief concierge was really helpful and accommodating with our requests, eg for late check out. The beach is lovely- clean and relaxed. Lovely palm trees, lots of loungers and space to sit. The horse riding complex was an extra bonus- we took our 3yr old for a ride which he loved. Watch out for the new suites if you're getting an apartment- they don't have a kitchen in them (despite being very large and decked out in high end decor and fittings). They are really nicely done but missing a few helpful amenities (e.g. washer/dryer, sink in the dining area where you'd expect the kitchenette to be). The older apartment suites have much better amenities although are a bit less fancy and newly decorated."
"I just got back from an incredible week at Bahia Principe grand la romana , and I have to say, the highlight was hands-down the staff. This place already has beautiful beaches, great pools, and solid food, but what made it unforgettable was the exceptional service from Super Felix and his incredible crew.
Super Felix is a legend! From the moment we arrived, he and his team went above and beyond to make sure every single day was fun, relaxed, and full of good vibes. Whether it was organizing activities, checking in to see if we needed anything, or just bringing that infectious energy that turns a good vacation into a great one, Felix and his crew were always smiling, professional, and genuinely caring. They made us feel like family – seriously, shoutout to the whole group for keeping the spirit high and everything running so smoothly!
At the bar, Alexis and Roberto were absolute stars. These guys mix the best cocktails I've had in the Dominican Republic – creative, strong when you want it, perfectly balanced, and always with a smile. Alexis has this magic touch with tropical drinks (his piña coladas were next-level), and Roberto kept the good times rolling with his jokes and quick service, even during peak hours. They remembered our names, our favorite drinks, and made every visit to the bar feel special. If you're staying here, head straight to their station – you won't be disappointed!"
"Everything about casa de campo was amazing . Staff was the best and paid attention to every detail. The golf courses are some of the most beautiful I’ve ever played and been on. Food was top tier. If you go SBG is an absolute must to eat dinner and watch the sunset. I highly recommend buying the all inclusive package because if you don’t , you will most definitely spend a lot more than you would plan on. Bring plenty of cash to tip. "
"Thank you very much all Coral Costa Caribe team! You made our vacation amazing!
