Room was very clean, breakfast was amazing, staff are very friendly, restaurants were delicious. I recommend staying here and will be back.

It's about a 10 minute walk to Sunzal beach - so in that sense the property is very convenient for surfing. Great location close to many amenities. Common areas were clean and well kept. Good, budget-friendly alternative. Staff was very kind and helpful. Room was modest, a bit outdated, but it had all the basic necessities.
