"Overall stay was a mess. On arrival one of my rooms was not ready when I arrived at 4 pm (check in time) I wasn’t oriented to what floor I was in nor where the elevators were located because front desk staff was having their own conversation while checking me in. My daughter enjoyed the pool but when we returned to the second room (the one being “prepared”) there were no towels nor conditioner in the dispenser. We attempted to call front desk via land line but it was endless rings without anyone...
