"Very welcoming lady at reception, no aircon but not an issue, only downside is that you can hear people in nearby rooms and when they flush toilet etc. Is very good value for money, well located and certainly for the price would recommend."

"I stayed in September which is out of the ski season so didn’t get the experience of it being a spa hotel as I was the only guest and had to ask to use the jacuzzi and other facilities. Staff were very helpful and accommodating though. In season when the hotel is full it’s probably a very different experience. Hotel room is a little dated but clean, breakfast was very good. It Is a good location being midway between the old town and the top of town where the gondola is."

"Our room was spacious with a nice balcony and lovely Mountain View’s. We used the jacuzzi but the jets didn’t work. The sauna and steam room were great. The breakfast on Sunday was quite a spread. The hostess was quite brusque. We enjoyed our stay. We had a car. The walk to town would be too long for some people."

Lucky Bansko Aparthotel SPA & Relax

"The outdoor pool and the service were great. The A/C was only in the living area and not in the bedroom, so it was hard to sleep. Also, the A/C was a split unit with the outside portion on the balcony, so there was hot air blowing on us when we tried to sit on the balcony. The breakfast was average and not what I would expect from an 4-star hotel. Since the espresso bar was down, there was only coffee from a machine. We didn’t like the coffee so we went off property to get our morning cappuccino."

"Excellent classic hotel in great location . The hotel is older but maintained very well and the common areas - lobby , restaurants, and pools and spa are fantastic. I am Bulgarian and loved to see Philippine and Indonesian workers at the restaurants - very high level of customer service . That alone made made the trip at the hotel incredible. Highly recommend"

"Good breakfast, nice pool area. Staff has to work on a "customer-first" attitude. The hotel is a bit of a walk to shops and restaurants and feels a bit too remote off season. There was also a building site next door. It's worth booking mountain view for a better experience."

"Lovely Hotel, with a great first impression. Morden looking and equipped. The Reception and Restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping team, were great by always maintaining the room clean. The food was nice with great selection. I would recommend and would definitely stay there again"
