"I would not recommend this hotel to anyone with mobility issues as there's a flight of stairs to climb in and out of the hotel. Breakfast location is another 10 mins walk. The water from the shower stall runs all over the bathroom and I was afraid of slipping. Location wise, it's very convenient to most tourist attractions."

"Short version: it's a reasonably priced small hotel near the centre square of Tirana. It's a bit difficult to find, being down a fairly uninviting side street. Room is clean and modern, with a good vibe. Facilities are basically a free-use coffee machine in the lobby, but otherwise breakfast etc are outside purchase only. There's a decent supermarket not too far away, so there's ample opportunity to pick up something for breakfast to keep in the fridge if you don't feel like finding a cafe in...

"The guesthouse is not accessible by road and we were notified about it 1 day before travel (when we told the owner about it afterwards they said we should have known based on Google Maps and description of it being under the castle, I wonder who would check accessibility for a hotel you plan on staying in?). We first thought we might be able to manage taking our suitcases up, but the distance from road to guesthouse is long and steep and impractical for anyone with large bags. It perhaps works...
